The base price covers the first 20 people. Everyone after that is charged at the flat per-seat rate for that product.
Pricing questions
Per product. Workforce and Academy are priced separately and each base price includes 20 seats. If you run both, you pay both base prices.
In Workforce a seat is an employee you track; in Academy it is a user in your workspace. Each plan includes 20, and every seat beyond that is billed at the flat monthly rate shown above.
Every plan includes 50,000 AI tokens per billing period and 250 GB of storage. Additional storage packages and optional modules such as PWA/offline access can be added for a transparent monthly price.
Each is a list price in its own currency rather than a daily conversion, so your invoice never moves with the exchange rate. You are billed in the currency of your contract.
Yes. For isolated infrastructure, a custom data region or on-premise operation we scope a dedicated implementation with you, priced separately from the standard plans.
No. All figures are net list prices and exclude VAT and any local taxes.
