Frequently asked questions
Am I locked into a contract?
Monthly plans are cancellable monthly. Pay annually and save 20% — the term is then twelve months.
Where is the data hosted?
Hosting in Germany, GDPR-compliant. Data processing agreement (DPA) included, optional dedicated subdomain.
What counts as an "active learner"?
A participant who logs in or takes part in a cohort activity at least once in the billing month. If you exceed your limit, we suggest the next tier in good time — nothing gets more expensive automatically.
Can I migrate from Moodle or Excel?
Yes. In the optional onboarding we move your courses, participant lists, and certificate templates for you.
